緣起

會想要寫這篇文章,是因為好友Leslie最近出版了組織發展領域泰斗埃德加・沙因(Edgar Schein)的《謙遜領導力》(Humble Leadership)。當中沙因介紹了領導者能夠發展出的四種層級的人際關係:

  • L-1 (負1級):完全不近人情的單向支配與強制關係
  • L1( 第1級):以交易、規則、give-and-take為基礎的人際關係,大多數的「專業關係」屬於此類
  • L2 (第2級):人性化,在朋友之間與高效團隊的互信人際關係
  • L3 (第3級):心靈契合,像是在伴侶之間全然投入的親密關係
